[2] SKEPTICISM OF UTOPIA:
At the end of book 9 of The Republic, Plato describes the Form of Utopia as being beyond belief, disbelief or doubt.
Existing in a realm of pure thought or EPISTEME and apprehended by Dialectic which dispenses with hypotheses.
Since Truth is absolute and knowledge is relative. The metaphysical procedure for ascending to the platonic forms
is not fully understandable. It is the lack of a specific teachable procedure that is responsible for the fanatical skepticism
of the platonic forms and in this case the form of Utopia. Even the use of analogy will not isolate the procedure of the
general systems of forms. What is desired is a non-sensuous intuition to determine samenesses,
differences and unity: A true dialectical symphysis. What is neede are minds freed by the 3 Deaths:
1. ASTRAL Projection 2. Physical death 3. The not-yet born - In order to avoid the sensuous flux of illusion.

Since the concept of Utopia is basically urban, it is my contention that utopia must be understood by meqans of a kind of city.
the primary environment of the platonic forms is human consciousness. the Aetheiapolis, therefore, is composed of
disembodied souls from the past, present, and future that unite into a group soul. Providing the circumstances for the
initial epiphany of the Form of Utopia. This epiphany is the resolution of the individualistic and collective aspects of
human consciousness. the resolution is the environmental vessel for the Form of Utopia. The Epiphanal-Group-Soul
must pass through Agnosia or Methodological Doubt, the portal to the fifth dimensional realm, a natural singularity.
The truth of Utopia is too difficult to be allowed to be in the province of an individual human consciousness.

"The Aetheiapolis is built on a fifty-foot deep brine pond 1,000 feet in diameter which contains a hydromedusa,
or jellyfish, genetically programmed to reach a diameter of 650 feet. At this size the jellyfish cannot possibly
move and its electrical and psychic circuitry can be used. Thirty-two astral projection chambers are mounted at
